Things You Might Do In This Job Are:Interprets and renames clinical documents using standardized naming conventionsProperly uploads documents in the EMR system and archive medical records, following HarmonyCares policies, state and federal lawsPrioritizes medical record processingMeets established department metrics and KPI’sGains a working knowledge of the EMR system and external partners to enable more accurate processing of documentsMaintains open lines of communication with all members of the healthcare teamSupports mission, vision and core values which include but not limited to delivering compassionate support, attention and assistance to patients, families and members of our teamPerforms other related duties as assignedRequirements / Skills Needed For This Job Are:High School diplomaSix (6) months experience in data entry/office support, health care preferredExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Outlook, Adobe PDF)Time management skills and the ability to multi-taskAbility to effectively communicate and work with providers and staffAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPay Structure For This Job:This company did not list pay in their job description as pay is mostly dependent on things like your location and experience.
