Position Summary:

Taking inbound customer service phone calls for different clients and responding to customer concerns, needs, and complaints. You will utilize different computer systems to document your call interactions.

Pay Structure For This Job:

This position pays it’s agents daily but the actual pay rate will be dependent on the project you are working on or client you are working for as well as your experience and location.

Pay rates will need to be discussed at the time of the interview for this position.
